A human approach to family law
A certified mediator and former international family mediator with the French Central Authority at the Ministry of Justice, and a visiting lecturer at Paris-Nanterre University, I have supported binational families for over 15 years in the face of the challenges raised by cross-border separations and disputes.
My deep conviction: mediation is not a legal last resort — it is the most respectful path for children and parents to travel through a difficult period together.

A free 30-minute telephone call to assess your situation and determine whether mediation is suited to your case.

Information session
A presentation of the process, of your rights and obligations, and of the confidentiality rules. Both parties are informed separately.

Mediation sessions
Between 3 and 8 sessions of 1½ to 2 hours, in person or online, at a pace suited to your geographical and emotional situation.

Drafting of the mediation agreement and support towards judicial approval to give it enforceable status in the countries concerned.
